Leo Bloom´s abrió en el 2004 y fué el segundo pub irlandés en abrir en Tel Aviv. El primero fué el Molly Bloom´s, de los mismos propietarios. Estos pubs toman su nombre de los protagonistas del Ulysses de James Joyce. Leopold Bloom, o "Poldy", es el personaje principal, está casado con Molly Bloom, quien le es infiel, y tienen una hija. Bloom es un agente de publicidad de unos 40 años de edad y origen judío. La novela cuenta un día (16 de junio de 1904) de el antiheroe Leo Bloom, y también en los varios tipos de personas que se va encontrando en su recorrido por Dublín.
